Lincoln's inquest was held end Jan 2009 and the coroners verdict was natural causes.
So we still have no answers as a healthy thriving little boy just passed away in his sleep.
Our pain will never go away and we miss him every day especially as soon it will be his 1st
birthday.
After many phones calls to the Police to get Lincolns stuff back (well 1st call in September) I
finally got it back on the 12th November, I have lost all respect for them now as they showed my no
compassion or had any empathy.
To date we still don't know when the Inquest is going to be.
At beginning of August 2007 I was told that I would not be able to concieve naturally. Then I had my
Little miracle born on 2nd April 2008. 8 weeks early weighing 3lb 13oz. He only had to stay in SCBU
for 2 weeks before he was allowed home.
Lincoln was a fighter and was never ill so his death is even more diffucult to accept. His daddy
found him in his cot on the morning of 17th July he had died aged 15wks 1day.
I feel so robbed its as though my only chance to be a mum was only granted for such a short time.
I'm yet to get any answers as to why my Little man didn't wake up.

We do not need a special day
To bring you to our minds.
The days we do not think of you
Are very hard to find.
Each morning when we awake
We know that you are gone.
And no one knows the heartache
As we try to carry on.
Our hearts still ache with sadness
And secret tears still flow.
What it meant to lose you
No one will ever know.
Our thoughts are always with you,
Your place no one can fill.
In life we loved you dearly;
In death we love you still.
There will always be a heartache,

Today will be hard as it's the 1st anniversary that Lincoln passed away, we think about him all the time and go and tell him this at his "garden" each day.
I guess the pain never goes away you just learn to deal with it or should I say hide it away from everyone. Thanks to everyone who lights a candle for my special little man. x x
